Section 2 of כללים בדבר סדרי טיפול בדוחות על פי תקנות הצעה פרטית ותקנות עסקה עם בעלי שליטה, חתימה.
2. חתימה
(א)דוח המוגש לרשות לפי תקנות הצעה פרטית או תקנות בעלי שליטה, לרבות כל חוות דעת, אישור או מסמך אחר המוגשים יחד עמו (להלן – הדוח), ייחתם לפי הוראות תקנה 2(א) ו־(ב) לתקנות דיווח אלקטרוני.
(ב)כלל הדוח דוחות כספיים, ייחתמו דוח המבקר או הסקירה על הדוחות הכספיים, לפי הענין, בהתאם להוראות בתקנה 2(ד) לתקנות דיווח אלקטרוני.
