לבקשה יצורפו טיוטות תשקיף כלהלן –
(1)לאיגרות חוב שאינן נרשמות למסחר בבורסה וליחידות של קרן הרשאית בעת הגשת הבקשה להציע יחידות לציבור על פי תשקיף קודם – חמישה עותקים; כן יצורפו חמישה עותקים מכל טיוטה נוספת, אם תידרש;
(2)לניירות ערך אחרים – עשרה עותקים, וכל טיוטה נוספת עשרים וחמישה עותקים.
