7.
(א)אחרי קבלת הבקשה, על מצורפיה, ועיון בהן, תודיע הרשות למציע, תוך זמן סביר, את הערותיה ובמקרה הצורך תקיים דיונים עמו במסגרת טיפולה בבקשה; אין במסירת הערותיה כאמור כדי למנוע בעד הרשות מלבוא בדרישות נוספות, כפי שייראה לה לנכון.
(ב)מכוח סמכותה לפי סעיף 17(ב) לחוק רשאית הרשות לדרוש מהמציע להמציא לה מסמכים שאינם מפורטים בסעיף 4.
