13. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)תקנות לפי חוק זה יותקנו לפי הצעת הרשות לחקירה בטיחותית או בהתייעצות עימה.
