13. פרוטוקול
(א)יושב ראש בית הדין ינהל פרוטוקול של הדיון, אולם רשאי הוא להורות שהפרוטוקול יירשם בידי אחר או שינוהל בדרך אחרת.
(ב)הקובלנה והמסמכים שהוגשו ונתקבלו בבית הדין יצורפו לפרוטוקול ויהוו חלק ממנו.
