15. אמצעי משמעת
אמצעי המשמעת שבית הדין מוסמך להטיל הם:
(1)הערה;
(2)התראה;
(3)נזיפה;
(4)קביעה כי אין הרב ראוי להמשיך בתפקידו, וכי יש להעבירו מכהונתו, בין בתשלום קיצבה ובין בשלילתה, כולה או מקצתה.
