6. ייצוג
(א)הקובל רשאי להיות מיוצג לפני בית הדין על ידי בא כוחו.
(ב)הנקבל יהיה רשאי להיות מיוצג בפני בית הדין על ידי בא כוח, ובלבד שיתייצב לדיון יחד עם בא כוחו ולא ייעדר מהדיון אלא ברשות בית הדין.
