3. דרכי קיום
ביום לציון אירועי הפרהוד –
(1)יתקיים טקס מרכזי לפי החלטת השר לשוויון חברתי וקידום מעמד האישה ובהתייעצות עם שר המורשת;
(2)הכנסת תקיים דיון מיוחד במליאת הכנסת במועד האמור בסעיף 2 או במועד סמוך לו; חל יום לציון אירועי הפרהוד בפגרת הכנסת, רשאי יושב ראש הכנסת לקבוע מועד אחר לציון יום זה במליאת הכנסת;
(3)במוסדות החינוך יוקדש זמן ללימוד הנושאים הנוגעים למטרת חוק זה, ככל שיחליט על כך שר החינוך.
