6. בדיקת הבקשה והבאת ממצאי המנהל למועצה
המנהל יבדוק את הבקשה לעניין עמידתה בתנאים למתן אישור לתוכן שידורים נוסף לפי החוק ויביא את ממצאיו לפני המועצה בתוך 60 ימים מיום שהומצאה לו בקשה תקינה; המועצה רשאית להאריך את המועד האמור.
