9. מסירת הצעות
(א)הצעה למכרז תיחתם ביד המציע ותכיל את כל המידע, הפרטים והמסמכים שהמציע נדרש לצרף, כפי שתורה הוועדה בתנאי המכרז.
(ב)ההצעה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), תוגש במכל סגור בהתאם לאמור בתנאי המכרז, ובמספר עותקים לפי האמור בתנאי המכרז.
(ג)ההצעה תימסר במסירה ידנית, לידי מי שהוסמך לקבלה במשרדי הוועדה, במקום ובמועדים כפי שפורסמו בהודעה לפי סעיף 5.
