1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”קיבול“ – הקיבול הכולל של כל התאים שבמקרר, אשר נועדו להחסנת מצרכים, אחרי הוצאת כל אצטבאותיהם;
”מקרר ביתי“ – מקרר שנועד לשימוש ביתי ואשר קיבולו מעל ל־60 ליטר אולם פחות מ־450 ליטר;
”מקרר שאינו ביתי“ – מקרר שאינו ביתי ואשר קיבולו הוא מעל ל־60 ליטר;
”חדר קירור“ – מקרר בלתי נייד שאינו ביתי ואשר קיבולו הוא מעל ל־60 ליטר;
”התקן סגירה“ – התקן המשמש לסגירת דלת המקרר.
