8. שמירת דינים
הוראות תקנות אלה באות להוסיף על הוראות כל דין ולא לגרוע ממנו, ובכלל זה החובה להחזיק בהיתר רעלים לשם עיסוק בכספית או בתרכובות כספית ובהיתר פליטה לעניין עיסוק במקור טעון היתר כהגדרתו בחוק אוויר נקי.
