2. ביטול הסכמת הוועדה המחוזית לצורך אישור תשריט
תשריט לפי פרק ד׳ לחוק לעניין מגרש תלת־ממדי המיועד לשימושים שאינם שימושים לצורכי ציבור כהגדרתם בסעיף 188(ב) לחוק, ובתוכנית החלה על השטח שבו נמצא המגרש אין הוראות לעניין מגרש תלת־ממדי, אינו טעון הסכמה של ועדה מחוזית.
