3. קיזוז
בלי לגרוע מהוראות כל דין, קבע בית משפט או בית דין כי בן הזוג הממית חייב במזונות הילדים או במדורם לפי כל דין, רשאים הילדים לקזז את הסכומים המגיעים להם ממנו מהכספים שהוא זכאי להם לפי סעיף 2(א)(3).
