24. תיקון ליקויים
(א)מצא המנהל כי מקור מידע או מקבל מידע לא מקיים הוראה לפי חוק זה, רשאי הוא למסור לו דרישה לתיקון הליקוי, והוא יתקן את הליקוי במועד ובאופן שהמנהל הורה עליו.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 6, לא תוקן ליקוי במועד ובאופן שהמנהל הורה עליו, רשאי המנהל לפרסם את דבר הליקוי באתר משרד הבריאות.
