8. פיקוח על מי שההיתר שלו בוטל או הותלה
(א)מי שההיתר שלו בוטל או הותלה חייב למלא אחר כל ההוראות החלות על מקבל מידע לפי חוק זה כל עוד הוא מחזיק במידע רפואי שהתקבל לפי חוק זה לפני ביטול ההיתר או התלייתו.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף קטן (א), המנהל רשאי לתת הוראות למי שההיתר שלו בוטל או הותלה ככל שהדבר ייראה לו נחוץ כדי להגן על מידע רפואי שהועבר לו לפי הוראות חוק זה.
