13. ידע אבטחתי
החברה, נושאי המשרה שבה או עובדיה רשאים לעשות שימוש בידע אבטחתי או במידע חיוני לצורכי אבטחה של החברה או פעילותה בלבד, לפי הוראות הקצין המוסמך ובכפוף לשמירה על הסדרי סודיות כאמור בצו זה ובכל דין; כל שימוש אחר בידע אבטחתי טעון הסכמה מראש ובכתב של שירות הביטחון הכללי.
