Section 17 of צו החברות הממשלתיות (הכרזה על אינטרסים חיוניים למדינה בחברת בנק הדואר בע״מ), התשפ״ד–2024, תחילה, תחולה וסייג לתחולה.
17. תחילה, תחולה וסייג לתחולה
(א)צו זה יחול גם לאחר הפרטת החברה; הודעה בדבר הפרטת החברה תפורסם ברשומות בתוך 30 ימים מיום הפרטת החברה.
(ב)פרק ח׳2 לחוק החברות הממשלתיות, לרבות הסמכות להוציא צווים נוספים לפיו, וכן המגבלות, התנאים וההוראות שבצו זה יחולו גם לאחר הפרטת החברה.
(ג)הוראות צו זה אינן באות לגרוע מהוראות החוק להסדרת הביטחון.
(ד)צו זה לא יחול על המדינה כמחזיקת אמצעי שליטה בחברה או כבעלת שליטה בה.
