12. גישה למאגר
(א)הגישה למידע שבמאגר תהיה לפי הוראות חוק זה בלבד.
(ב)לצורך מילוי תפקידם, תהיה לעובדים העוסקים בהפעלת המאגר גישה למאגר בהתאם להרשאות שיקבע מנהל המאגר.
(ג)קביעת מורשי הגישה למאגר והתנאים וההגבלות שיחולו עליהם, תיעשה באופן שיצמצם ככל האפשר את מספר המורשים כאמור ואת היקף המידע הנגיש להם.
