14. העברת מידע מהמאגר וגישה אליו
על אף הוראות פרק ד׳ לחוק הגנת הפרטיות והוראות כל דין אחר, העברת אמצעים ונתונים ביומטריים מהמאגר וגישה אל המאגר מותרות בהתאם להוראות לפי חוק זה, בלבד.
