13. שיתוף גופים אחרים
רשות מקומית רשאית לשתף מוסדות וגופים אחרים בהקמתה של ספרייה ציבורית, בתחזוקתה ובניהולה, אולם לא יהיה בכך כדי לגרוע מאחריותה של הרשות המקומית לפי חוק זה; השר, לאחר התייעצות עם המועצה, רשאי לקבוע בתקנות תנאים לעניין שיתוף כאמור.
