15. ייעוד כספי התמיכה וניהולם בחשבון נפרד
(א)כספי התמיכה לא ישמשו את הרשות המקומית אלא לשם קיום מטרותיו של חוק זה.
(ב)רשות מקומית תנהל את כספי התמיכה בחשבון בנק נפרד, ולא תעשה בהם שימוש אלא למטרות שלשמן נועדו כמפורט במבחן התמיכה לפי סעיף 14(ג).
(ג)כספי התמיכה המועברים לחשבון שפתחה הרשות המקומית לפי סעיף זה יהיו פטורים מעיקול ולא יהיו ניתנים להמחאה או לשעבוד.
