22. דיווח לכנסת
השר ידווח לוועדת החינוך, התרבות והספורט של הכנסת, אחת לשנה, על יישום הוראות חוק זה בשנה שקדמה למועד הדיווח, ובין השאר על הקמת ספריות ציבוריות חדשות ויישום הוראות סעיף 14(ג), לרבות מבחני תמיכה שנקבעו, בקשות תמיכה שהוגשו וביצוען.
