4. ועדות משנה
(א)המועצה רשאית למנות ועדות משנה מקרב חבריה, דרך כלל או לעניין מסוים, ובלבד שהרכב ועדת משנה ישקף, ככל האפשר, את הרכב המועצה.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף קטן (א), המועצה תמנה ועדת משנה לשם מעקב אחר רכש ספרים על ידי הספריות הציבוריות; לשם ביצוע תפקידה, ועדת המשנה לענייני רכש ספרים תקבל מידע מהמשרד ומהרשויות המקומיות ותעמוד בקשר עם הגורמים הנוגעים בדבר, ובכלל זה עם הוצאות לאור של יצירות כתובות.
