4. תדירות הדיווח על מחירים ומועד הדיווח על רווחיות ומחירים
(א)יצרן או יבואן שחלה עליו חובת הדיווח כאמור בסעיף 3, ידווח על מחירי חמאה פעם בשנה.
(ב)מועד הדיווח על רווחיות ומחירים לפי צו זה הוא עד 1 ביולי של השנה העוקבת.
