2. דמוי כלי ירייה
כלי מסוג המנוי ברשימה שלהלן הוא דמוי כלי ירייה:
(1)כלי שסוגל לירות כדוריות או כדורונים בכוח גז דחוס (כולל אוויר) ממכל, ובכלל זה מחסנית, שהוא אחד מאלה:
(א)דמוי רובה אוטומטי או חצי אוטומטי מסוג AR-15, M-4, M-16 ובעלי מראה דומה;
(ב)דמוי רובה אוטומטי או חצי אוטומטי מסוג תבור TAR-21, X-95 ובעלי מראה דומה;
(2)אקדח הזנקה או רובה הזנקה ובעלי מראה דומה, למעט כלי כאמור שהתחמישים שבו ממוקמים בניצב לקו הכוונת.
