7. תיקון הודעה על החלטה להטיל קנס
(א)גורם מוסמך רשאי לתקן הודעה על החלטה להטיל קנס או להפיק הודעה חדשה, אם נוכח מיוזמתו או לפי בקשה, כי נפלה טעות בהודעה כאמור או שקרתה תקלה בנוגע להפקתה או לשליחתה.
(ב)בקשה לפי סעיף קטן (א) תהיה בכתב, ויצורפו לה המסמכים התומכים בבקשה, ורשאי גורם מוסמך לדרוש ממבקש הבקשה תצהיר המאמת את העובדות המפורטות בה; גורם מוסמך רשאי להחליט בבקשה על יסוד הבקשה בלבד.
