10. הוראות לעניין סימון טיסן
בעלים רשום של טיסן, למעט טיסן זעיר –
(1)יקבע את הסימנים שפורטו בתעודת הרישום לזיהוי הטיסן על משטח חיצוני של גוף הטיסן, כך שיתקיימו בהם כל אלה:
(א)הם גלויים לעין וקריאים למי שאוחז בטיסן;
(ב)הם יישארו קבועים על גביו בכל הפעלה שלו, ולמשך כל אורכה;
(2)יבטיח כי הוראות פסקה (1) מתקיימות לגבי הסימנים שפורטו בתעודת הרישום לזיהוי הטיסן בכל עת.
