27. הפעלה בקשר עין ישיר
לא יפעיל אדם טיסן אלא אם כן, במשך כל ההפעלה, הוא, או, כאשר הטיסן מופעל בסיוע צופה – הצופה, מקיים קשר עין ישיר עם הטיסן.
