43. בחינה לפי חוק עקרונות האסדרה
הרשות תבצע בחינה ראשונה של תקנות אלה לפי סעיף 24 לחוק עקרונות האסדרה בתום 5 שנים מיום התחילה כאמור בתקנה 44(א).
