20. כשירות בריאותית להפעלה בטוחה ואיסור שימוש באלכוהול ובסמים מסוכנים
(א)לא ישמש אדם בתפקיד מטיס–מפקד ולא ישמש אדם בתור משתתף ישיר בהפעלת מערכת כטב״ם קטן, אם הוא במצב גופני או נפשי שעלול לפגוע בהפעלתה הבטוחה.
(ב)לא ישמש אדם בתפקיד מטיס–מפקד, מטיס או תצפיתן כשהוא שותה משקה משכר, כשהוא נתון תחת השפעת אלכוהול או לאחר ששתה משקה משכר, או כאשר מצוי בגופו סם מסוכן או תוצר חילוף חומרים של סם מסוכן.
