41. פרסום הרשאה להפעלה מיוחדת
המנהל יפרסם הרשאה להפעלה מיוחדת שניתנה לפי תקנה 40(ב) באתר האינטרנט של הרשות, תוך השמטת פרטי הבעלים הרשום, ואולם לא יפרסם המנהל הרשאה להפעלה מיוחדת שניתנה לאחד מהגופים המפורטים להלן, אם אותו גוף ביקש זאת לגבי אותה הרשאה להפעלה מיוחדת:
(1)משטרת ישראל;
(2)הרשות להגנה על עדים;
(3)שירות בתי הסוהר;
(4)מלמ״ב כמשמעותו בסעיף 21 לחוק להסדרת הביטחון בגופים ציבוריים, התשנ״ח–1998;
(5)משמר הכנסת.
