1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”נציג נבחר“ – נציג שנבחר מקרב עובדי החברה המוצע להתמנות כדירקטור;
”דירקטור“ – נציג נבחר שמונה כדירקטור לפי החוק;
”היום הקובע“ – יום היבחרה של ועדת הבחירות;
”ארגון העובדים היציג“ – הארגון שעמו נמנה המספר הגדול ביותר של עובדים מאורגנים בחברה;
”חברה“ – חברה ממשלתית או חברת־בת ממשלתית.
