15. הצעת מועמדים לנציגים נבחרים
שמות מועמדים יוגשו לועדת הבחירות תוך 14 יום לאחר פרסום הרשימה הסופית של בעלי זכות בחירה; ואלה רשאים להגישם:
(1)הגוף הנבחר הרחב ביותר מקרב עובדי החברה;
(2)קבוצה של עשרה אחוזים לפחות מעובדי החברה הזכאים לבחור, ובלבד שעובד לא יוכל להצטרף ליותר מקבוצה אחת.
