10. קבלת מידע
לענין מילוי תפקידה, רשאית הוועדה לקבל מידע בכתב ובעל־פה מהרשות, ממשרדי הממשלה, מחברות ממשלתיות ומכל גוף או אדם אחר, בכפוף להגבלות על פי חוק.
