3. בקשה למינוי יועץ משפטי
(א)בבקשת חברה לאישור המינוי של יועץ משפטי יש לציין את הפרטים שבתוספת הראשונה, ולצרף פרטים על היועץ כאמור בתוספת השניה.
(ב)הרשות רשאית לדרוש פרטים נוספים ממגיש הבקשה.
(ג)ששה חדשים לפחות לפני תום תקופת המינוי של יועץ משפטי, תגיש חברה המעוניינת במינוי חוזר לפי סעיף 6(ב) או במינוי של יועץ משפטי אחר, בקשה לרשות לאישור מינוי, זולת אם הסכימה הרשות למועד קצר יותר.
