4. שמירת המעטפות
הצהרות יישמרו במעטפות הסגורות במקום נעול שקבע יושב ראש הדירקטוריון; מותר לפתוח מעטפה רק לפי הוראות היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או בית משפט.
