10. מרכז העסקים וניהול שוטף
(א)המקום העיקרי לקיום הפעילויות בכל תחומי הפעילות יהיה בישראל, אלא אם כן המנהל הכללי של משרד הביטחון אישר אחרת.
(ב)מקום מושב הנהלת החברה ומשרדה הראשי יהיו בישראל.
(ג)ישיבות דירקטוריון החברה, והאסיפה הכללית של בעלי המניות של החברה יתקיימו בישראל, אלא אם כן אישר המלמ״ב אחרת.
