13. רכש תוכנה וחומרה
החברה תפעל באופן שכל רכש או התקנה של חומרה (לרבות כל ציוד קצה) או תוכנה בקשר למערכת ממוחשבת חיונית תיעשה בהתאמה מלאה להוראות של הקצין המוסמך; בלי לגרוע מהאמור, החברה תקיים התייעצות מוקדמת ותבקש הנחיות לפני כניסה לתהליכי רכש כאמור; בסעיף זה, ”רכש“ – לרבות שכירות, שדרוג או התקנה ניסיונית.
