Section 18 of צו החברות הממשלתיות (הכרזה על אינטרסים חיוניים למדינה בחברת בית הזיקוק לנפט – אשדוד בע״מ), התשס״ו–2006, תחולה.
18. תחולה
(א)צו זה יחול גם לאחר הפרטת החברה.
(ב)הוראות צו זה אינן באות לגרוע מהוראות כל דין, לרבות החוק להסדרת הביטחון בגופים ציבוריים, התשנ״ח–1998.
(ג)צו זה לא יחול על המדינה כמחזיקת אמצעי שליטה בחברה או כבעלת שליטה בה ועל בז״ן כמחזיקת אמצעי שליטה בחברה במועד פרסומו.
