2. הגשת הבקשה
(א)בקשה לרשיון למעון יגיש המנהל לועדה שהוקמה לפי חוק המוסדות (להלן – הועדה).
(ב)הבקשה תוגש באמצעות משרד הרשות למלחמה בסמים.
