6. קביעת הועדה
הוראות תקנה 6 לתקנות הפיקוח על מוסדות לטיפול במשתמשים בסמים (בקשה לרשיון למוסד משולב), התשנ״ד–1994 (להלן – תקנות בקשה לרשיון למוסד משולב), יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, על אלה:
(1)מועד קביעת הועדה בדבר סוג המוסד שאליו מתייחסת הבקשה;
(2)דרך העברת הבקשה לשר;
(3)מועד ההודעה למנהל על קביעת הסיווג בידי הועדה והעברת הבקשה לשר.
