21. סייג לתחולה במוסד אמבולטורי לטיפול סוציאלי
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)הוראות פרק זה לא יחולו על מוסד אמבולטורי לטיפול סוציאלי, למעט תקנות 15(א), 16(6) – לעניין טיפול רפואי על פי הסדר עם קופת חולים, 17 ו־20.
(ב)מנהל מוסד אמבולטורי לטיפול סוציאלי ידאג לאחזקה תקינה ונקיה של מבני המוסד והציוד; ציוד וריהוט שבור יוצאו משימוש.
