24. מבנה המעון
(א)מבני המעון יהיו עשויים חומרים יציבים ואטומים לחדירת רטיבות או חרקים ומכרסמים וכן אטומים מבחוץ, במידה מספקת, מפני חדירת חום וקור; הקירות הפנימיים יהיו צבועים בצבעים בהירים.
(ב)רצפת המעון תהיה עשויה מרצפות או חומר אחר הניתן לניקוי בנקל.
(ג)דלתות המעון יהיו ניתנות לנעילה מבפנים ומבחוץ, אולם תובטח אפשרות פתיחת דלתות נעולות מבחוץ בשעת חירום.
