63. סגירת מעון
(א)לא יסגור המנהל את המעון אלא אם כן הודיע על כך, בכתב, למפקח, שלושה חודשים מראש לפחות.
(ב)בהודעה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) יפורטו ההסדרים הטיפוליים האלטרנטיביים אשר יינתנו למטופלים.
