1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בית משפט“, ”נפגע“ – כהגדרתם בסעיף 3 לחוק;
”בקשה“ – בקשה למתן צו מניעת הטרדה מאיימת;
”מבקש“ – מי שרשאי לבקש צו מניעת הטרדה מאיימת לפי סעיף 4(ד) לחוק;
”משיב“ – ”פוגע“ כהגדרתו בסעיף 3 לחוק, שמפניו מבוקש צו;
”ערעור“ – כמשמעותו בתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי;
”תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי“ – תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשע״ט–2018.
