3. הודעה למשיב
(א)הוגשה בקשה ונקבע מועד לדיון במעמד שני הצדדים או ניתן צו במעמד צד אחד לפי סעיף 7(א) לחוק, יורה בית המשפט למזכירות בית המשפט או לגורם אחר, להמציא למשיב הודעה ערוכה לפי טופס 3 שבתוספת בצירוף הבקשה ונספחיה, וכן עם העתק הצו, אם ניתן במעמד צד אחד.
(ב)המשיב רשאי להגיש תגובה לבקשה בצירוף תצהיר, עד למועד הדיון.
