9. ערעור
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)המועד להגשת ערעור או ערעור משיב על החלטת בית המשפט בבקשה לפי חוק זה [צ״ל: החוק] הוא שלושים ימים מיום שהומצאה.
(ב)הורה בית המשפט שלערעור על הגשת תשובה בכתב לערעור, התשובה תוגש בתוך שלושים ימים מהיום שבו הומצאה ההחלטה או מועד אחר שיורה בית המשפט.
(ג)פרק י״ז לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי בעניין ערעור יחול בשינויים המחויבים.
