1. הגדרות
לענין תקנות אלה –
”הממונה“ – מי שמונה לפי סעיף 6 לחוק להיות ממונה על תשלום הגימלאות;
”הועדה“ – ועדת ערעור שמונתה לפי סעיף 7 לחוק.
