10. העברת התיק של ועדת הערעורים
יושב ראש ועדת הערעור יעביר לרשם, אם נדרש לעשות כן על ידי הרשם, את החלטת הועדה כשהיא חתומה על ידי חבריה, את פרוטוקול הדיונים בועדה, כל כתב של בעלי הדין וכל מסמך אחר שהוגש לועדה בקשר לערעור שלפניה.
